The consultation is free. I am paid by the financial institution you eventually sign with — you pay nothing on top.

Do I have to sign anything straight away?

No. At the first meeting we only go through where you are and what you want to achieve. The decision is always yours and there is no rush.

Why go through an intermediary rather than straight to a bank?

A bank offers you what that one bank has. I compare offers across the market and together we pick the one that fits your situation.

How long does the whole thing take?

The first meeting takes about an hour. I usually have a proposal ready within a few days, and from then on I handle it.
